BLGI was able to undertake widespread community outreach on land, community governance, human rights, and environmental conservation in five (5) forest adjacent communities of Biakwan, Biajua, Bamba, Buanchor and Olom. This project established three (3) Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) in Biakwan, Bamba, and Buanchor, and assembled a legal team to tackle environmental and human rights issues in the region.
